DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. Parties

2. The Subject of the Contract
This Agreement is between the Customer and the Seller. allpharma.co This agreement has been made in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically from internet sites (hereinafter referred to as "Site").
3. Product Information and Pricing
3.1. The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number, and sale price of the ordered products are specified on the Site.
3.2. The prices of the products include the total sales amount including VAT and have been indicated to the Customer during the order.
3.3. The seller reserves the right to change product prices and campaign conditions.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1. The products are shipped to the delivery address specified by the Customer during the ordering process via a courier company.
4.2. The delivery time may vary depending on the product's stock status and the courier company's working conditions. The seller undertakes to ship the products within 3 days at the latest.
4.3. During delivery, if the products are damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, the Customer is obliged to inform the Seller of the situation.
5. Right of Return and Cancellation
5.1. The seller implements a 30-day return policy. The customer can request a return within 30 days after receiving the product.
5.2. For a product to be returned, it must be in its original packaging, labeled, unworn, and unused, and the purchase document or receipt must be presented.

5.4. If a return is accepted, the Customer will be provided with a shipping label and delivery instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Damages and Problems
6.1. The customer must check the product upon receipt and contact the Seller immediately in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect product delivery.
7. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Products
7.1. Some products, such as defective products, special orders, personalized products, and personal care products, are non-refundable.
7.2. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases are not accepted for return.
7.3. Products and gift cards in the promotion cannot be refunded.
8. Changes
8.1. The customer can return the existing product to obtain the desired product and, after it is accepted, order the new product through a separate purchase transaction.

9.1. In sales to AB countries, the Customer can return the order within 14 days from the date of receipt without giving any reason. The product must be in its original packaging, labeled, unworn, and unused, and the purchase document must be presented.
10. Refunds
After your refund is received and reviewed, you will be informed whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using your original payment method.

12. Resolving Disagreements
In resolving disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts determined by the Turkish Ministry of Trade are competent.
13. Validity
This Agreement comes into effect on the date it is electronically confirmed by the Customer.
